Refunds & Cancellation
Last updated 31 July 2026
Plain terms for a paid subscription: you can cancel whenever you like, you keep access through the period you already paid for, and if something genuinely went wrong we'll make it right. No lock-in, no dark patterns.
How to cancel
Open the billing portal from your account page and cancel there in a couple of clicks. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, then the account drops back to free — your login and history stay.
Automatic renewal
Pro renews automatically — monthly plans each month, annual plans each year — until you cancel. We charge the same plan you signed up for. If a renewal payment fails, access reverts to free until payment succeeds again; we don't quietly keep charging a dead card.
Refunds
Because Pro unlocks digital content immediately, monthly payments are generally not refunded once the period has started — instead, cancel and you won't be charged again. For annual plans, if you cancel within 14 days of the charge and have made little use of the Pro material, contact us and we'll refund it.
Separately from the above, if you were charged in error, charged twice, or genuinely couldn't access what you paid for, tell us and we'll put it right — a refund, credit, or fix, whichever fits. Nothing here limits any refund rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
How to reach us about billing
Message us from the contact page using your account email and, if you have it, the date and amount of the charge. That lets us find the payment quickly. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
